That step is Light Implementation: configuration and setup on your existing tools, a one-page instruction for your team, and one training session.

The scope is agreed individually, based on the workflow. A straightforward workflow is a flat $2,500 to take live; more complex cases are priced on complexity, agreed before we start. There is no fixed package and no fixed timeline to sell you. Simple work we do ourselves; anything that needs custom code is quoted separately as Implementation.
