You complete a structured intake about your business and ONE process — your highest-priority, highest-pain process — assessed in depth. We score it and give you a written verdict for that process:

• Fix the process first — AI on top of a broken process only automates the breakage
• Not a candidate — automating this would not pay back, and we will tell you why

You receive: a written report with a scorecard for each process — delivered within 7 business days of your completed intake — plus a 45-minute walkthrough call where we go through every verdict with you. Some clients stop here — that is fine. The assessment is a complete product, not a sales funnel.

What the assessment does not include: a roadmap or an implementation plan. That is the AI Opportunity Sprint. If you later choose the AI Opportunity Sprint, it is a separate engagement, priced flat at $5,000.
